Thomas Cook crew to go on strike over dangerous cuts to their allowed break times

Lot of flights could be hit during May because of strikes by cabin crew working for Thomas Cook.


More than 1,000 crew began voting yesterday on industrial action over what they say are “dangerous” cuts to break periods.

Thomas Cook has halved to 20 minutes the cabin crew rest times during an 11 hour 59 minute duty period under the new rules.
