The Slovak Government outlines the replacement plans of its VIP fleet

Th  Slovak Government Flying Services has unveiled its EUR50 million (US$56.1 million) fleet renewal plan which is intended to replace its three Soviet-era VIP jets with more modern, Western-manufactured aircraft.

According to the Slovak ministry of the interior, the SGFS will replace its two Yak-40s with two Fokker 100s acquired from Austrian MJet Aviation and its Tu-154M with an A319CJ acquired from Swiss Comlux Avision.

After the acquisition has been completed, the aircrafr will then be reconfigured in a VIP layout, including specialized medical facilities.
