Last night, a Ryanair flight from Moss Airport Rygge to Manchester was grounded after another passenger heard two people ‘arguing about a bomb’ in the restroom of the airport. The passenger alerted a member of staff, who then alerted the authorities.

Bomb teams made their way to the airport and searched the entire airplane and the luggage. Nothing suspicious was found onboard.

The two men were reportedly British and Sri Lankan. Both were taken in for questioning, but later released after it was concluded that this was a misunderstanding.

A new flight was organised at midnight for the passenger who were supposed to depart Norway at 18:55 (GMT+2).
