Norwegian Air Shuttle continues their rapidly growing long-haul network with the addition of 4 new routes.

In June 2017, Norwegian will launch flights between Barcelona and Fort Lauderdale, San Francisco (Oakland), Los Angeles and New York (Newark). This will further expand Norwegian’s presence in Spain. The airline currently has over 1000 staff and a large route network from their 7 bases.

“The launch of direct flights between Barcelona and the United States is a new milestone for Norwegian,” said Bjorn Kjos, chief executive officer, Norwegian. “Spain is an important market for us where we have been very well received since its inception.”
