Singapore Airlines to launch flights between Indonesia and Australia

Singapore Airlines is planning on launching a new route between Jakarta and Sydney, while also boosting the frequency of their flights between Singapore and Jakarta.

The new flights will launch on November 23rd, 2016. They will be operated with their Boeing 777-200ERs three times a week on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays.

The airline will now serve Singapore-Jakarta with up to 74 weekly round-trip flights along with 34 weekly round-trip flights to Sydney.

“Indonesia and Australia are already among the most popular destinations in our route network. As a result of healthy demand, we are pleased to be able to offer even more travelling choices with these new Jakarta and Sydney flights,” said Singapore Airlines’ Senior Vice President Marketing Planning, Mr Tan Kai Ping.
