Air Berlin ends own-manned B737 operations 

Air Berlin has ended commercial B737 operations in which its crews operated the aircraft.

The last such flight, AB6208 Munich-Berlin Tegel was operated on Friday, October 28 by B737-800 D-ABMP (msn 37779). 

The other Air Berlin B737-800, D-ABBK (msn 33013), has already been withdrawn from service. 

The thirteen remaining B737s in service with Air Berlin (five B737-700s and eight B737-800s) are the ones wet-leased from TUIfly (Germany).
