Air Astana, Kazakhstan’s flag carrier has taken delivery of its first A320neo after the arrival of P4-KBH (msn 7124) in Almaty yesterday, November 8 2016, becoming the first operator in the CIS.
The aircraft, on lease from Air Lease Corporation (ALC) is part of the order announced at the 2015 Farnborough Airshow for eleven A320neo family aircraft.
Air Astana’s A320noes will be powered by Pratt & Whitney PW1127G engines and is configured in a two-class layout, seating a total of 148 passengers: 16 in business and 132 in economy.

Air Astana already operates a fleet of thirteen A320 Family aircraft.
