After almost 8 years of not serving the airport, KLM will return to London City Airport, situated centrally in the UK’s capital. Flights will be operated using their subsidiary, KLM Cityhopper’s, Embraer E190s. This is the airline’s 17th destination in the United Kingdom. Flights will resume in February next year.
“Once again, KLM is strengthening its European network by flying independently to London City. From now on passengers on this route can enjoy all the advantages of KLM services and digital products. And the flight schedules are extremely attractive for business travellers.” says Boet Kreiken, MD of KLM Cityhopper.
The flight will initially operate twice-daily on weekdays and once a day on weekends.
